Cure or Be Cured screening at Aspex Gallery

‘The plague doctor says he can return me to a time before the sickness struck. A remedy that can’t fail, but at what price?’

One of the highlights of last year’s Portsmouth DarkFest was The Front Room presents ‘Cure or Be Cured’ – an atmospheric evening of storytelling, music and immersive theatre in the grounds of Southsea Castle.

The event was structured around the screening of a short film, ‘Cure or Be Cured’, devised by director and videographer Roy Hanney (aka Dr. Lighthouse) and writer and Supernatural Cities member Eilís Phillips.

The full film will be screened at the Aspex Gallery in Portsmouth on Thursday 15 February from 6pm as part of their #ThirdThursdays film showcase. The event is free, but booking is required.

So if you’re based locally but missed last year’s screening, this offers another chance for you to receive the cure…
